Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full life cycle of recruitment process; source, screen, recruit and present high quality, diverse talent to hiring managers for selection
- Evaluate candidates based on various employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other impactful experiences pertinent to the selection of candidates
- Partner with business leaders to define talent/staffing needs and establish recruiting strategy, ensuring a flow of exceptional talent
- Build and nurture relationships with internal business leaders to ensure a foundation of trust, integrity; engaging in a collaborative approach to fill open positions.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Prepare and lead employee onboarding
- Coordinate orientation sessions for all new employees and coordinate with the IT department for proper set up
- Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities
- Performs other human resources responsibilities and duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in human resources or related field
- 1-2 years experience in HR
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High tolerance for ambiguity and change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information’s
