Job Description:
Highly Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- MUST Be Able to Navigate Excel Spreadsheets
- Multi-tasking is a MUST. Very Fast Paced Working Environment
- Highly Organized With Excellent Attention to Detail
- Able to Work Independently as Well as With Co-Workers
- Flexible and Willing to Perform Other Tasks as Assigned
- Appointment Scheduling For Service Technicians
- Creating & Submitting Purchase Orders
- Researching history of jobs to determine billable items
- Creating & sending quotes for homeowners and builders
- Ability to Maintain/Update Parts/Receivables
