Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager II to join our team at Brockton Area Multi-Servi. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and tools to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of providing high-quality patient care and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
