About the position:
Our service dispatcher is the center of our customer service and a touch-point for the sales staff and technicians. This individual is responsible for dispatching technicians to our customers for repairs. Follow-up and follow-through are the most sought-after qualities needed for this position.
· Answer high volume calls for needed repairs from customers
· Constant communication with road technicians, sales staff, and service department
· Maintain a daily dispatch log for all service calls
Targeted Salary Range:
$42,000 - $50,000
Must haves:
- Minimum of 2-years related experience
- Exemplary follow-up and follow-through
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Prioritization and organization
