Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized person to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support, guidance, and strategic advice to help them achieve their business goals.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance on how our products can help them achieve those objectives
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify any areas for improvement
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed
- Analyze client data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, escalating as necessary
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent writing skills for creating professional documentation and marketing material
- Strong computer-related skills working with software such as CRM tools
- Experience in account management or customer success is preferred but not required

We are a SaaS startup building tools for the live event ticketing industry. Since launching our first product over a year ago, Broker Nerds is already a success story. We are now preparing for our next phase of growth, beginning with building out our Client Success Team.
