Magento 2 Web Developer

Looking for a web developer familiar with Magento 2 backend functions and coding - Part-time position. Must be local in SLC, UT area only. Do not apply if you do not have solid experience in Magento 2, HTML and can meet with us in person or take calls as needed.

Responsibilities

The web developer will be responsible for:

• Making updates to the back end of the website as needed
• Working with the marketing team to develop a smooth user experience
• Altering appearance of web content, including manipulating website layout, altering image sizes/placement, altering text size, color, font, and placement, altering the appearance of icons, forms, pages, blocks, and containers
• Modifying website functionality including menu categories, order/placement, creating landing pages, ensuring accurate web product/inventory integration, executing bug fixes, ensuring the functionality of customer checkout process, widgets, plugins, etc.

Qualifications

Applicant must have:

• A solid grasp on back-end development and e-commerce platforms
• Experience working with Magento 2
• Sufficient knowledge of coding to be able to perform necessary back-end tasks on the Magento 2 platform
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs and errors quickly
• A flexible schedule that allows for work on an as-needed basis and in-person meetings as needed.

Extra consideration will be given for applicants who:

• Have experience in the fashion industry
• Have experience in graphic design or photography
• Have experience in online advertising or media buying
