Position Summary
The Coordinator, Mental Health in Higher Education grant is responsible for coordinating and implementing projects and activities including marketing and promoting all mental health offerings, support services to the College and community. Description of Duties
- The position assists the Director and the department in delivery presentation, social media campaign, evaluation, and reporting efforts and works with the marketing department to promote awareness of the services.
- The position assists in planning, development and oversight of a coordinated referral system between the Monmouth County Navigation system, Wellness Center Partners and the Brookdale counseling department, the payment of services, and the transportation services.
Minimum Qualifications Education :
Associates degree.
Experience :
At least one year of administrative or related experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
- Ability to work in multi-project, fast-paced environment and meet concurrent deadlines.
- Well organized with great time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and to address problems through teamwork.
- Impeccable verbal, written, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Computer literate with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office at an intermediate level and the ability to learn and utilize specialized programs essential to the department.
- Ability able to work a flexible schedule (evenings / weekends).
Preferred Qualifications & Special Considerations Knowledge of Monmouth County and its communities.
