Program Director Brooke Communications Inc. in Roseburg, OR is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Program Director in Roseburg, who will meet or exceed ratings, capture the audience’s attention and retain it. We are looking for someone who can connect with the community and keep them entertained and informed. In this position, you will: Host the morning show on Best Country 103 KRSB, M-F from 6am-10am Broadcast live from businesses around Douglas County Assemble/tear down remote broadcasting gear Create music logs and export for automation import Read music charts and study music trends Listen to new music Format and add new songs into automation system Music maintenance in G selector i.e.: add or remove songs, change rotations, update music scores, create or change music clocks, etc. Affidavits as needed for station Write and update radio station imaging Meet or exceed Eastlan ratings   The ideal candidate will have the following skills: Knowledge and experience with G Selector, Op/X Automation Systems, and Adobe Audition Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent public relations communications Time management Maintain reputation as a public figure Social media knowledge   If you are interested in managing one of the highest rated radio stations in Douglas County, this may be the job for you.
