Duties:
- Oversee and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
- Implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in complex patient cases
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Assist in the development and implementation of staff training programs
Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 7pm.
Skills:
- Nurse management: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of nurses
- Behavioral health: Knowledge and experience in providing care for patients with behavioral health conditions
- Memory care: Proficiency in caring for patients with memory-related conditions such as Alzheimer's or dementia
- Venipuncture: Proficiency in performing venipuncture for blood collection
