What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at Brookside Lawn Service?
This is a hands on position treating lawns and completing lawn estimates . Lawn care experience is helpful, but we will train a motivated person. Looking for a qualified candidate to help us grow a new branch, ultimately managing production crews performing fertilization and weed control. The qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Valid drivers license with no more than 2 points
- Clean background check
- A willingness to follow company guidelines and policies
- Great work ethic and a appreciation for the details
- Integrity, honesty and a willingness to put our clients first

Duties Include:
- Treating lawns, providing customer service, and handling requests for estimates.
- Ensure that we have timely completion of customer service requests, accordance with company guidelines
- Complete visits to client’s properties to complete work in accordance to company guidelines
- Follow all paperwork through and facilitate the training and accountability of other departments
