We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a great apartment property in Nashville!
The ideal Maintenance Supervisor will have the following characteristics:

- We are skilled in all aspects of maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
- Experience in a multi-family/residential setting is ideal.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversight of all building and amenity maintenance issues, including grounds and curb appeal
- Make-ready apartments for new move-ins
- Training and supervision of all maintenance team members
- Timely response to all repair requests from residents and staff
- Lead or attend required meetings on safety or training as needed
Qualifications:
- Understanding of hand tools and building materials and proficiency in repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems and components
- HVAC/EPA certification helpful
- Prior facilities maintenance experience is required.
- Valid driver's license
