Overview: Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Help Desk Technician to join their team to support the Attorney General's Office. This role involves providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, troubleshooting workstations, and assisting with hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, ensuring a high level of service to our users.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic workstation troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Respond to and resolve routine Tier 1 & Tier 2 problems.
- Troubleshoot and support Windows 10 & 11 OS.
- Provide telephone support for networking or connectivity issues.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment according to design or installation specifications.
- Provide basic diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of issues for users.
- Independently image and reimage equipment in preparation for deployment, following documented procedures.
- Work with users as they are upgraded from Windows 10 to a Windows 11 compliant device.

- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with staff in a group setting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be an Ohio resident.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or possess the proper legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows 10 & 11 OS.
- Experience in installing and performing minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment.
- Ability to provide basic diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of issues.
- Capability to independently image and reimage equipment.
