Job summary:
- Analyze service provider networks and related hardware and software.
- Reviews & documents network architecture.
- Performs assessments on existing technologies to determine impact to customer circuits.
- Provides completed assessment of impact in a timely manner to meet OLA and SLA requirements.
- Reviews & interprets data sets.
- Other duties as required. Solid knowledge of network protocols, network hardware and software, security technologies and network infrastructure is required.
