- Ability and knowledge to use all construction-related power tools.
- General knowledge of how to operate a skid steer, forklift, and other small equipment.
- Delivering construction-related finish materials to the site.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as closely with others
- Willingness to learn new tasks.
- Assisting Millwork Finisher when needed.
- Ability to take direction from superiors.
- Able to be insured to drive company vehicles.
- Prompt and reliable attendance
The Skilled Laborer is responsible for assisting other team members with any daily tasks related to the management and construction of our homes. This position requires an individual who is flexible and willing to change and adapt daily duties to meet company needs. Salary to be discussed upon experience. *Immediate position available*.
