This individual must have residential remodeling experience and work well under pressure to get claimants back in their home as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with claimants
- Supervise subcontractor work
- Working with homeowners
- Pick up material as needed
- Prepare work schedules
- Schedule subcontractors and in-house crews for the completion of your work
- Weekly updates in Xactanalysis and in-house project management software
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in residential remodeling
- Proficient in computers and learning new systems
- Great Customer Service skills. Able to work with homeowners and insurance companies.
- Can pass a background check and drug test
- Valid drivers license with good drivers record
