Private Pay Homecare Satellite Office Branch Manager

Job Description: The Private Pay Homecare Satellite Office Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a satellite office within a private pay homecare agency. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the homecare industry. The Branch Manager will work closely with the agency's central management team to ensure the smooth functioning of the satellite office.

Manage all aspects of the satellite office, including staffing, scheduling, and client care coordination.

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of caregivers, ensuring they provide high-quality care and maintain excellent client relationships.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency standards.

Monitor office performance and financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.

Maintain strong communication with the central management team, providing regular updates on office operations, challenges, and opportunities.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees to foster professional growth and enhance job performance.

Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and client acquisition.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Address and resolve any client or employee concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Experience:
