Paraplanner / Client Relationship Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Paraplanner/Wealth Management Representative. In this role, you will work closely with our Wealth Managers and clients to provide comprehensive support and ensure smooth transactions and account management for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Wealth Managers in managing client relationships, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on action items.
  • Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, investment preferences, and financial goals.
  • Prepare and process client documentation, such as account openings, transfers, and investment transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client requests and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Research various financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities as needed.
  • Support Wealth Managers in executing wealth management strategies and monitoring portfolio performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Finra Series 7, 63 or 66,
  • Previous experience in a financial services or wealth management firm preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
