The Site Supervisor will report into the Regional Account Manager or District Manager and have direct ownership of his/her client site. The Site Supervisor provides direct oversight of the guards working multiple client programs within the assigned market. This includes but is not limited to direct and regular supervision and support of security personnel, through frequent inspections, evaluation and training. The Site Supervisor will also maintain liaison and meet regularly with local client management to correct concerns and gauge effectiveness of the program through local staff perspective. The successful Field Supervisor will know and understand the roles and responsibilities of the BRC Security Officer as well as all aspects of the client sites under supervision. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will communicate scheduling information to the Regional Account Manager or District Manager. Site Supervisor must have valid Driver’s License and valid Security Officer credentials (including Guard Card) for the sites they supervise.
Qualifications
- Must have valid Driver’s License and valid Security Officer credentials for the sites they supervise
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Valid Security Officer Credential from BSIS showing 8 hours intial course training and 32 hour course completion
- Security Officer Training, Client Specific
- Proficient in computer programs such as Keyboarding, basic computer usage and operating controls.
- De-escalation Skills
- Must undergo and meet company standards for background in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements
- Open availability to include weekends
- Reliable personal transportation
- Supervisory experience in the Security career field for at least one year

Responsibilities
The Site Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager or District Manager depending on geography. The Site Supervisor has direct ownership of his/her client. The Site Supervisor provides direct oversight of the Security Officers working on site. The Site Supervisor duties include but are not limited to direct, regular supervision, direction, and support of security personnel through site ownership, evaluation of Officer performance, and providing training to correct shortcomings. The Site Supervisor is the primary point of contact for outline deficiencies, actions taken to remedy them and highlight exceptional performance. The successful Site Supervisor will know and understand the roles and responsibilities of the Brosnan Risk Consultant's (BRC) Security Officer and all aspects of the site under supervision. The Site Supervisor must have a valid Driver's License, personal transportation, and valid Security Officer credentials for the site they supervise.
Serves as the primary client facing point of contact on their assigned site. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to mirror (ideal) or substantially overlap the Asset Protection Operations Coach (APOC) schedule. Meets with client representative as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met to provide quality customer service. Is the most knowledgeable and experienced security officer on site. Mentors and trains new security officers. Ensures security officers are completing patrols, complete accurate and timely reports. Ensure officers are in the approved uniform. Ensure SOP’s are followed and adhered to BRC and client standards. Ensures officers are properly utilizing training and observation skills to deter criminal activity. Communicates any technology, logistical and/or operational concerns to the Operations Manager or District Manager.
