A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT

In this administrative position, you are vital to the operations of our auto repair shop as you work with our customers and keep our office organized and functional. When there are incoming phone calls, you take them cheerfully, answering questions, setting up appointments, and collecting information. You sort and file paperwork and receipts according to our company processes and standards. When customers visit the shop, you greet them with a smile and help check them in for any services. You take pride in your excellent organizational skills as well as the top-notch customer service you provide!
