Marketing Director

```Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, advertising, and sales promotions
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage and optimize online presence, including website, social media, and e-commerce platforms
- Create and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience as a Director of Marketing or similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing
- Proficient in using Google Analytics, WordPress, and other relevant software
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing materials
- Experience in e-commerce and performance marketing is highly desirable
- Familiarity with print advertising and traditional marketing methods is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
