Brotherton Construction is in search of a Residential Construction Project Manager. Due to the high demand in construction, we seek a Project Manager, who will be responsible for the following: initial client meetings, client relations & communication, defining project scope, planning or implementation of projects as well as permitting (when applicable), sourcing materials, subcontractor coordination, project time management & progress tracking. Project administration, i.e., cost estimates, proposals, change orders, reporting & documentation. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for oversight on job sites, routinely checking in with the project crew.
Candidates must have 2 years of experience in construction project management and/or estimating.
Communicating with contractual vendors and clients will be expected and generating job cost estimates via computer software.
This is a full-time Monday -Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
