Brown and Caldwell (BC) has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Program Administrator to lead the administrative functions and support a multi-disciplined team delivering a large capital program in Boise, Idaho. Successfully delivering this program requires a diverse set of resources and expertise. The Program Administrator will be a key member of the leadership team delivering this important program that will work closely with many of BC’s top resources. We are looking for someone who has experience and familiarity with project and program administrative functions and is passionate about supporting others while making meaningful contributions to our internal and external clients.
This role is envisioned to be a hybrid role. The goal is to support a schedule of three days in-office and two days virtual; this will vary depending on project, client, and office needs.

Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
