Brown & Brown is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Commercial Lines Team in Meridian Idaho
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Perform various clerical and administrative functions to provide support to the Client Service Representative Team
- Develop carrier relationships and participate in team events
- Responsible to pull loss run information from carrier websites
- Responsible to pull carrier activity reports from carrier websites
- Building Applicant Profiles
- Indexing / Assigning Task in Electronic Filing Cabinet
- Assist in maintaining system filing and accuracy in AMS and Electronic Filing Cabinet
- Oversee policy checking review for insurance line of coverage
- Maintain pleasant and satisfactory relationships with all company partners and agency personnel, communicating all relevant information to the respective parties
- Maintain an appropriate level of confidentially of information processed
- Participate as a backup to the front desk answering phones, routing callers, taking and deliver messages, processing mail
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
- 1 years of office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to obtain P&C license.
