Support the firm’s staff, providing consulting services on all aspects of Health & Welfare Benefits for our clients.
Essential Duties and Functions:
Conduct research and financial analysis
Provide technical assistance for the firm’s projects and engagements
Work on benefit strategy development, vendor solicitation and implementation
Assist with employee communication material development, compliance support and other duties as required.
Pursues a course of personal, professional development eventually moving into Consultant role
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Required
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Interest in human resources and benefits
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong math and statistics skills
