Community Compliance Coordinator - Full Time
The Community Compliance Coordinator monitors communities to ensure compliance with the community's rules and regulations.
The essential duties and responsibilities include:
· Tour communities and common areas regularly/continuously to document compliance issues, using Caliber software on tablet and/or phone
· Issue and send violation letters
· Provide documentation of common area issues to Manager / Assistant Manager for follow up
· Take calls from, and follow up with, homeowners/residents as needed regarding compliance issues
· Close out violations when resolved, and take next steps with open violations
This position will pay $17 per hour, and as noted is full time. The individual must be able to drive for hours at a time. Must have a valid drivers license.
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in administrative, customer service and related field. Experience with HOA software such as Caliber is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, writing skills and phone etiquette is a must. Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Familiar with standard operations of common office equipment: Phones, printer, postage meter. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Must have a positive, outgoing personality, and ability to work as a team player.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Note: This position requires driving and sitting in a vehicle for frequent community tours, for hours at a time. Other than the work required while in a vehicle, the work environment characteristics are either hybrid or remote office requirements.
