Description
Sipindipity Refreshments is hiring a Sales and Delivery person in the Columbus/ West Point / Starkville area.
Job Summary: Deliver and sale a multiple line of drinks to convenient and grocery stores throughout North Eastern Mississippi. Drive a company vehicle.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with owners, managers, and points of contacts at each customer location.
- Must be knowledgeable in the ordering process, product sales, company systems
- Responsible for in-store merchandising
- Responsible for store inventory management and product ordering
- Ensuring product freshness by rotating product and attending to expired product
- Ensuring coolers and drink equipment are clean and maintained. Requesting service when needed.
- Achieve maximum sales and deliver total service to all accounts in the assigned area.
- Physical Demands:
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and 60 lbs. intermittently
- Must be able to bend, stoop and climb on a frequent basis.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Drive a company vehicle and enter and exit vehicle multiple times throughout the shift.
Work Environment:
- Work in many different environments: outside, inside, break rooms, stores, coolers
- Exposed to cold, hot, and rainy conditions
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and approved driving record.
- 2 years of sales or merchandising experience.
- Ability to operate electronic devices for ordering and tracking
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and managers.
Salary : $23,800 - $30,100
