The Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the office. They act as a bridge
between the sales, selections, construction, and home starts - keeping everyone connected and in sync. They have a
comprehensive understanding of the local office's operations, including customer interactions, trade
partnerships, and team dynamics.
Reports to the Local Office General Manager
Competencies:
KPI - Ensure all tasks by department/team-memebers are completed by following the pre-construction process flow to be cleared to start each job/home on their allotted dates
KPI - Ensure job/home closing packets are submitted to Home Office within 5 days of the job/home completion
KPI - Ensure files are in order and uploaded onto server within 48 hours of receiving ratified documents - keeping reporting up to date at all times
Be a strategic thinker and have a strong work ethic (grit).
Basic accounting knowledge of P&Ls, A/R, etc.
Ability to work with different personalities and comfortably be assertive (when needed).
Highly effective communicator
Ability to work with Trade Partners on Quote sheets and Purchase Orders.
Highly task-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities.
