Our Warranty Leaders are highly knowledgeable about Brown Haven standards and products and have exceptional communication skills. They are dedicated to warranting custom homes for our homeowners with enthusiasm and passion. You will work closely with homeowners and trade partners in a fast-paced environment to resolve any concerns raised by homeowners, ensuring unparalleled levels of customer satisfaction.
Outcomes:
- KPI- Respond to homeowners within 24 hours or the next business day.
- KPI- Maintain a 90% customer rating score.
- KPI- Be able to complete reasonable repairs by hand.
- KPI- Contact homeowners at 60 days and at 11 months identify and complete warranty repairs within 30 days.
- KPI- Lead all homeowner orientations.
- KPI- Complete a minimum of 2 Q&C checks per month.
- Weekly updates to homeowners and warranty portal on open warranty requests.
- A thorough understanding of BHH standards and product knowledge.
- Accurate reporting of recurring warranty issues to assess whether standards modification or training is necessary.
- Positive relationships with trade partners ensuring foster long-term success.
- Be a steward of Brown Haven Homes.
Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years of related construction experience (preferably scattered lot).
- Ability to prioritize urgency vs importance.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a strategic thinker with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze situations, consider options, and decide on actions quickly.
- Maintain a high energy level and have a desire for growth.

Pay: $38,690.94 - $85,000.00 per year
