POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The Supervisor will provide support to management of a multimillion-dollar business unit, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Understand customer needs and instill a customer mindset within the store, participates in stocking and merchandising of store; ensuring store is stocked and ready to serve our customers.

In absence of management, delegate tasks to team members and set priorities

Provide guidance to team members while supporting management initiatives
Customer Offering
Deliver exemplary customer service
Utilize the 5 non-negotiables: Greet, Engage, Build, Add-on, and Thank
Greet customers when they enter the store
Generate sales by educating, advising and suggesting products to every customer
Maintain a high level of service and product knowledge by completing all training within required timeline
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service in absence of management; ensure Management is informed of all customer complaints
Assist customer from store and/or offer car service when appropriate
Day to Day Operations:
Ensure all merchandising and pricing guidelines are followed
Ensure store is clean and presentable and action any maintenance issues
Execute merchandising programs
Manage communication (mail, email, Voice mail)
Maintain inventory levels, stocking
Actively aim to increase product knowledge
Set daily tasks for the store, Huddle, Daily Checklist and Sales Tracker
Financial
Complete customer transactions on the Point-of-Sale (POS) device, including payment
Understand the POS system and all transactions that may arise
Ensure all cash handling policies & procedures are adhered to
Ensure all opening & closing procedures are done correctly
Complete daily reports
Ensure safe is always locked and deposits are secured
Strive to make daily goals
Physical Requirements
Available to work a varied retail schedule, including evening and weekends
Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Able to stand for an extended period
Comfortable climbing ladders

Payrate: $16.00 to $20.00 Hourly

Work Experience
Minimum, 1-year experience in retail environment
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
ProServe/Serving It Right/TAP or Rserving Certification
First-Aid Certificate is considered an asset
Training in wine/beer/spirits (preferred, not required)
