Privately held national manufacturer of food service disposable paper products located in a well maintained industrial park in Coppell seeks an Office Clerk to help manage the day-to-day office tasks of a manufacturing company.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones
- Complete daily Absence Reports
- Work with temporary agencies by email and phone to set up interviews, request temps, and relay messages
- Complete on-boarding paperwork for new hires
- Help employee’s complete insurance paperwork on a timely basis
- Maintain records and files
- Update online spreadsheets and reports
- Set up and help with training meetings for employees
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and with management
- Initiative to take on new responsibilities as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
