Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dental office team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and coordinating their dental care.

*MUST HAVE ONE YEAR OF SALES EXPERIENCE

NO medical/dental experience required, we are willing to train the right person

Full time: Monday-Thursday and half day Friday

Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments for dental treatments
- Explain treatment plans to patients, including procedures, costs, and insurance coverage
- Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage and submit claims
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment details
- Assist with managing patient flow and ensuring efficient operations within the office
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical administrative support role is preferred
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
