Production
At Brown-Wilbert, Inc. your primary focus will be engraving mementos for loved ones whose family members are no longer with them.
Responsibilities:
- A willingness to learn different software and operate machines.
- Must be able to work in a team setting and multitask.
- Processes documentation necessary to ship customer orders, packing lists, parcel manifests and other necessary documents.
- Selects products from inventory to fill customer orders.
- Quickly and accurately receives, processes, and finalizes outgoing orders for shipment.
- Ensures outgoing shipments are inspected and labels are correct Checks incoming delivery contents against packing list to verify accurate and complete delivery.
- May assist with customer service and sales, including answering phones, and greeting customers.
- May assist in monthly physical count of full warehouse inventory.
- May assist with special duties and assignments as needed to support the efficient functioning of the warehouse.
- Maintains professional communications when interacting with customers and coworkers.
Requirements:
- Adequate physical strength and stamina to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down up to fifty-five pounds.
- Basic math skills sufficient to complete inventory, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to use computer systems and manual procedures for website and order processing.
- Excellent personal skills: ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, and customers.
