Responsibilities


  • Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing certificates of insurance. 
  • Treating every customer interaction as an opportunity for cross and up-selling. 
  • Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention. 
  • Responding to queries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. 
  • Meeting business production goals and objectives as established by management. 

Requirements


  • Already have or able to obtain a Property & Casualty License.
  • 2 years insurance account management experience.
  • Intermediate computer and technology proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all interactions, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
