What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Intelligence Analyst position at BRP?
We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to report directly to the BI Team Lead. The new hire will gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns, then make recommendations for business action. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data acquisition, storage, and processing. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our data-driven initiatives and enable us to derive valuable insights from our vast data sources.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Design, develop, test, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and queries using Microsoft PowerBI.

Organize complex data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand way.

Design and implement logical and physical data models, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and scalability, while Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Gather, Clean, and Transform business intelligence from various sources, including company data, industry, field reports, and dealer information.

Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor business KPIs.

Summarizes production, financial, and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Performs other BI-related duties as assigned.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
REQUIRED:
-
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience.

Willing to also consider those with a HS degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Ability to handle databases, understand technology-driven business intelligence tools and have strong programming skills in SQL and Python.

Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, with familiarity with data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL Concepts.

Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically.

Strong business analysis skills, Experience with sales, quality, manufacturing/production KPIs, metrics, and teams.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Hours can be 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm. Once the new hire is fully trained, a hybrid work schedule may be considered at the manager's discretion.
