At Buckner Villas, we are looking for a talented and friendly Maintenance Technician to support our Senior community members. This role will drive excellence and ensure customer service meets the required results aligned with Buckner's mission, vision, and values.
Five-Star Service at Buckner:
- Working knowledge of basic maintenance for facility upkeep
- Ability to move cleaning and maintenance equipment throughout the facility on a daily basis.
- Work outside in various weather conditions.
- Recognize differences in sound generated by equipment or machinery which may indicate operating problems, or safety concerns.
- Adjust and operate electric-powered cleaning equipment, ability to work with hand tools.
- Knowledge of normal operating states of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems and fixtures.
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested
The Five-Start Person:
- High School Diploma (or G.E.D.)
- A willingness and desire to build and maintain great working relationships with your coworkers, residents and the community.
