GC&E Systems is seeking an IT Manager to be responsible for managing the IT staff, as well as maintaining technology infrastructure, software, and network services within GC&E Systems Group and GC&E Federal. These systems include cyber security tools, vulnerability and threat management, disaster recovery, help desk, desktop and mobile device management software, O365 tenants and collaboration tools, Security Information and Event Manager (SIEM), and networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls). Manages IT team to ensure that all applications are functional, secure, and benefit the value of the organization. Develops and delivers security standards, best practices, architecture and systems to ensure information system security across the enterprise. Implements procedures and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance to information security standards. Ensures compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1, NIST 800-171, DoD CMMC) and relevance with industry security norms. The IT Manager must have the technical skills and requisite experience to learn and use the IT software and hardware tools, manage and administer the environment, and provide valuable technical feedback and direction to the team. This is a technical / working manager position.
