SpecPro Management Services, LLC. (SMS) is seeking a Program Analyst (Training) – Mid Level to support the USAID's Office of the Chief Diversity Officer (A/DEIA)
Serves as a core member of the A/DEIA team whose goal is to effectively translate the Administrator's priorities into action by using adult learning best practices to advance USAID’s DEIA learning and engagement efforts across a broad continuum of DEIA issues. Charged with executing internal agency learning and engagement at the request of the Office of the Administrator in coordination with DEIA, the Training Analyst will help coordinate, operate, and implement USAID’s Respectful, Inclusive, and Safe Environments (RISE) learning and engagement platform in support the Administrator's DEIA priorities. Tasks will range from administrative to technical and may include: coordinating the logistics for delivery of RISE training and engagements (both virtual and in-person), preparing and organizing trainer and participant materials, supporting training production and facilitation, supporting new DEIA content development as well as relevant updates in cooperation with USAID subject matter experts, seeking opportunity to continue improving program content, delivery, and execution, and collecting and analyzing relevant data and feedback related to RISE trainings and events. The incumbent must be highly motivated, self-directed, and possess the ability to independently prioritize their workload.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support day-to-day logistics and administration of the RISE learning and engagement platform and other DEIA training efforts, as needed, which may include: scheduling, coordination with participating operating units, engagement with RISE trainers and producers across the Agency.
Develop and/or modify learning content and resources tailored to the needs of USAID’s workforce using adult learning best practices and evidence-based learning methodologies. This may include, but not be limited to: slide decks, facilitation guides, learning guides, checklists, fact sheets, podcasts, and videos.
Provide direct training facilitation and production support for RISE trainings and events in collaboration with the A/DEIA team, subject matter experts, and extended members of the RISE training and support team.
Develop and deploy communications and information products to support DEIA learning and engagement priorities as outlined in the DEIA Training Policy, including recruitment of and communications with RISE program participants and learners, as well as the sharing of various tools and resources.
Collaborate on broader DEIA communications and outreach outreach, including DEIA-related taskers with A/DEIA, the Executive Secretariat (ES), and other operating units, as necessary, to amplify the DEIA learning and engagement reach and impact.
Help manage the RISE monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) plan, including collecting data and feedback related to RISE training and events in support of broader Agency DEIA MEL efforts.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate, related to DEIA learning and engagement inquiries, and promote knowledge sharing and best practices to improve DEIA learning and engagement across the Agency.

Required Qualifications
Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning best practices.
Proficiency in basic facilitation and public speaking skills.
Proficiency in the use of Google Applications (Google Calendar), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Suite tools (e.g., Adobe Spark), and other event platforms (e.g., Blue Jeans, WebEx).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities;
Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize workload accordingly;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interact with people at all management and support levels, including with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures;
Excellent written and verbal skills in English. The ability to read, analyze, and interpret policy documents, reports, and correspondence;
U.S. citizen eligible to obtain a Secret level security clearance.
