Programmer\Analyst IV

Vista Technical Services, LLC (VTS) is currently seeking a Programmer\Analyst IV . The Programmer Analyst III works under the direction of the Program Manager to implement and support IT solutions that sustain and support the customer's organizational missions, with strategic focus on readiness and reliability.  The Programmer Analyst III will design, develop, troubleshoot, maintain, test and debug mission critical software source code using software development languages and tools, such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, Oracle, Netbeans, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server to support the customer requirements. Incumbent(s) may not be required to perform all duties listed and may be required to perform additional, position-specific duties. * Design, code, configure, test and deploy Java and database interfaces. * Develop complex secure web applications, client based applications and database programs to support the integration of client and enterprise applications. * Perform systems integration & verification, develop test plans/procedures and execute test events. * Employ problem-solving skills using ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness. * Author technical customer presentations, test reports and technical deliverables. * Keep current with the latest trends in web and client-side software engineering. REQUIRED SKILLS: * Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent AND five (5) years of progressively complex information technology and/or programming experience; OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Experience must include significant work with application programming. * Experience in Java web and desktop application development. * Experience in MVC software development. * Experience working in a team environment. * Experience with and knowledge Oracle 12c. * Experience with and knowledge of IDE (Netbeans and Visual Studio preferred). * Experience with and knowledge of repository tools (Team Foundation Server preferred). * Knowledge of HTTP. * Ability to engage with fellow team-members to collectively solve problems and regularly release code. * Ability to set goals and work independently. * Strong communication (oral/written) and organizational skills. * Ability to work under time pressure * Proficient in MS suite of products including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AND      Visio * Proficient in the English language DESIRED SKILLS: * Knowledge of RMF (Risk Management Framework).

Salary : $77,200 - $97,800
