What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Superintendent position at BRS?
SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental is seeking a superintendent to provide on-site point person overseeing a residential remedial action project in Iola Kansas during the period of Feb – Dec.
The Superintendent should have a minimum of five years’ experience supporting a residential earth moving, hazardous substance removing federal contract.
Superintendent should have at least 2 projects that demonstrate experience with hazardous substance cleanup sites, experience tracking site costs, and site activities, OSHA 10-hour Construction and Outreach Training and be up to date on OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER and 8-hour refreshers. Must also have OSHA 8-hour Health and Safety for Site Supervisors.

Work Environment
- Superintendent will be required to perform duties that involve moderate walking over rough, uneven, or slippery surfaces, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, climbing ladders, walking up and down several flights of stairs or similar activities, recurring lifting of moderately heavy objects less than 50 lbs. such as testing or measuring equipment, and regular visits to construction sites.
