What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Bru's Public House?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a bar setting, enjoys working in a busy environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment.
- Greet customers, take orders, and serve drinks in a timely manner.
- Ensure that customers are of legal drinking age.
- Maintain a safe environment by monitoring customers’ alcohol consumption levels.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
