Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our margin and discount calculation processes, as well as managing the Sales Force dashboard and collaborating with SAP operations.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations and sales performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize margin and discount calculation processes:
- Review existing margin and discount calculation methods and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of pricing structures, discounts, and margins to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance margin and discount calculation accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals
- Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency
- Manage the Sales Force dashboard:
- Maintain and update the Sales Force dashboard to provide real-time sales performance insights.
- Create and customize reports and dashboards to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on using the Sales Force dashboard effectively.
- Collaborate with SAP operations:
- Work closely with the SAP operations team to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to margin and discount calculations in SAP.
- Provide recommendations for system enhancements or modifications to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with SAP functionality updates and implement relevant changes as necessary.

- About 3-4 experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Experience working with financial data analysis, margin calculation, and discount structures is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience working with SalesForce or other CRM systems.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Proficient in using business intelligence tools to create and manage reports and dashboards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
