Landscape Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a crew of landscapers and ensuring that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in various aspects of landscape maintenance and tree care.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a landscaping crew
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including planting, irrigation, and garden maintenance
- Oversee the care and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and other plants
- Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels of landscaping materials and equipment
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time sheets and project documentation

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance and installation of both hard and softscapes.
- Strong knowledge of tree care, groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance techniques
- Proven experience in supervising a team of landscapers
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as skid steers, sod cutters, plate compactors etc
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and crew members

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
