The Operations Manager, reporting to the Global Head of RPO, acts as a primary point of contact for RPO recruiters, Brunel managers, clients, and other team members involved in providing the RPO Programme. They manage client relationships and ensure efficient service delivery between Client stakeholders and RPO teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage RPO recruitment teams, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Establish individual goals for recruiters (On-site and delivery centre) and monitor performance through data analysis and customer feedback.
  • Drive key metrics such as service level agreement compliance, number of hires per recruiter, and overall customer satisfaction throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Design and document recruitment processes for each assigned account, constantly seeking ways to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measures of success through process enhancements and increased efficiencies.
  • Along with the Implementation Manager, ensure effective relations are maintained with the ATS provider, and account manager for ongoing client maintenance and review.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures within both client and internal environments, working with implementation to deliver any necessary changes or updates.
  • Evaluate SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and develop effective practices to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Contribute actively to staffing initiatives, as relevant.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning expertise, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • 3-5 years of experience in either RPO or MSP Program Management.
  • Proven track record of implementing strategic growth and cost-effective solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of RPO industry, recruitment processes, and employment law.
  • Workforce program solution experience with an emphasis on continuous process improvement and leading workforce planning discussions with key stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, requiring effective time management skills.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management principles and proficiency in MS Office suite and recruiting / ATS software with a data analysis and problem-solving mindset.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of contracts.
  • Ability to create documented process flows using Visio.
