Technical Training: The ability to train on the installation, operation, and service of the Capital Equipment Center Network Systems and related products. This includes outstanding interpersonal skills, communication skills, and customer service skills.
Technical Writing: The ability to organize and create technical documents for internal documentation and the training of end users and fellow employees.
Computer Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of software programs: Windows 7, Windows 10, 2008/2012/2016 Server, Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, Power Point. Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, equipment and installation, including: CNS system upgrades; component upgrades to PCs, network setup and troubleshooting, installation of computer peripheral devices, and troubleshooting computer hardware/software.
General Knowledge: Extensive skills and knowledge of: Bowling formats, bowling center operation and management, customer relations, Time/expense management, telephone skills, effective problem solving.
