Supplemental Pay: $17 - $19 an hour plus Tips
Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to:
- Be in tune with Bruxie’s culture, missions and values every day
- Complete all opening and closing duties with efficiency and accuracy
- Organize and lead our restaurant team during shifts
- Ensuring quality food, with great service
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
- Can multitask and prioritize duties
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Standing for long periods of time
- Thorough knowledge of all menu items
- Ability to manage shifts
- Responsible for ensuring we retain guests by displaying excellent service standards
- Guarantee guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to communicate openly with staff, management and guests on a daily basis
- Ability to professionally address customer complaints
- Pleasant and friendly attitude toward all team members
- The ability to learn and follow Bruxie’s steps and service standards
