Training Philosophy
Our training methodology is implemented through evidence-based training practices and guided by assessment-based individualized programming. Whereas many fitness facilities use “cookie cutter programs” where everyone is doing the same thing, WE BELIEVE that for athletes to reach their potential, they need programming that addresses their unique needs. This is why we use root our initial assessment process in current S&C research and literature, as well as administer these individualized training protocols in a semi-private training model.
