We help Nonprofits obtain their 501c3 tax exempt status, and provide development services (grant research, writing, fundraising, and strategic planning services) .

Summary
In this role, you will serve on the front lines educating existing nonprofits and making recommendations to them while also introducing them to how our services can help grow, maintain or enhance their nonprofit organization. The Grant & Development Specialist works to build and maintain relationships with our nonprofit grant seeking and development clients by focusing on our growth and development services, including Grant Research and Management, Strategic Plans, Corporate Sponsorships and Other Fundraising Packages. The position requires developing fundraising plans, training on donor relationships, and more development-oriented services to different clients. The Grant & Development Specialist organizes with other development team members and plans ways to maintain effective communication with clients and ensure services and client case statuses are up to date.
The Grant & Development Specialist works with clients and other team members to complete cases and cultivate long-term relationships with nonprofit clients. There is an excellent focus on customer service and developing new services and processes based on client needs.
The Grant & Development Specialist serves as the relationship manager, managing internal relationships, ensuring the company meets the client's needs. As a development coordinator working with maintaining communication with partners and contractors to get cases completed is essential.
Duties:
· Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients.
· Build long-term relationships with clients.

· Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand.
· Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
· Provide high-quality customer service.
· Work with multiple departments within the organization to achieve goals.
· Ensure timely delivery of items the client purchased.
· Manage multiple clients and projects at one time.
· Work with clients to turn their vision into a plan.
· Ability to stay on top of current best practices and trends in the grant process.
· Establish a realistic budget for events and account for anticipated fundraising outcomes.
· Works with the advertisement and marketing departments to promote fundraising events using flyers, advertisements, and digital marketing outreach.
· Actively update packages to be sure they are congruent with current trends.
· Actively develop, update, and implement internal processes as needed.
· Assume full responsibility for various fundraising efforts, including product sales, obtaining items for sale in auctions, and acquiring donations.
· Assist in writing grant proposals and developing event opportunities.
· Consulting with clients in the development of fundraising goals and works to achieve and surpass these goals.
· Coordinate all aspects of fundraising events and activities, planning to execution.
· Work directly with management and development team to manage project workflow.
Skills/Qualifications:

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
