ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER
We are in search of a full-time Architect/Project Manager to join our Casper, Wyoming office, bringing demonstrated expertise in overseeing the delivery of new construction, additions, and/or interior renovations across commercial, K-12, higher education, and healthcare design projects.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited university preferred
- Licensed Architect
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in architectural design and technical execution (with at least 3 years in a project management role)
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite; experience with BSD Speclink and Deltek Vision (as a project management tool) is advantageous

- Develops a comprehensive understanding of client programs, requirements, standards, and policies to integrate them into design solutions and documents
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary point of contact and representative for clients at the company
- Assumes overall project management responsibilities throughout all project phases, including client and project team management, documentation quality control, permitting, scheduling, fee management, design-to-construction budget oversight, and construction phase management
- Supervises assigned staff and consultants, organizing, directing, and coordinating their daily and weekly tasks to ensure outstanding team performance
- Provides mentorship and guidance to junior professionals in project development and technical execution as needed
- Supports the team and advocates for their needs in terms of resources, schedule, technology, and client relations
- Ensures ongoing quality assurance throughout all project phases and participates in quality control review efforts at significant project milestones
- Assists or leads in defining project scopes and schedules for proposals, develops consultant RFPs, reviews proposals, develops staffing models for fee development, and participates in interview preparation
- Conducts existing facility evaluations and code compliance studies
- Oversees design production and coordinates technical documentation across schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases
- Manages bidding and construction phase services
- Cultivates and strengthens client relationships, both existing and new, throughout Wyoming
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
