Position Summary:
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site coordination of projects, including scheduling subcontractors, directing material and equipment, enforcing job rules and specifications, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget. Additionally, they are tasked with scheduling inspections, maintaining quality control, and ensuring jobsite safety.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform quality control duties to ensure the work meets specified standards.
- Communicate effectively with the project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals.
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to their contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Identify and address subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Maintain a daily log of activities on the jobsite.
- Monitor daily activities and assist in future planning by walking all units on the project.
- Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work and address issues.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the job site.
- Perform job progress and completion punch list.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Knowledge of permits and building codes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction software.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
