Expectations/Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
o Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
o Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Resource Management:
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Allocate resources efficiently to meet multiple project requirements.
o Optimize manpower utilization and minimize waste.
Quality Assurance:
o Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
o Conduct regular reviews and quality checks.
o Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Risk Management:
o Identify and assess project risks.
o Develop risk mitigation plans.
o Proactively address issues to prevent project delays.
Stakeholder Management:
o Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
o Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and presentations.
o Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Team Leadership:
o Lead and motivate project teams.
o Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
o Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
Minimum of 5 years of program management experience.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Wrike).
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relocation or Currently Living in Butte or surrounding area and able to commute reliably
to company’s uptown Butte location. This position is on-site, not remote or hybrid.
Impeccable attention to detail, good organizational skills, and an ability to work
independently.
Additional Requirements
Experience with ERP systems, particularly ECI M1, is a plus.
Familiarity with project planning software, particularly Wrike, is advantageous.
Knowledge or ability to learn SQL language is a plus.
